Lobster Oil Mayonnaise
Ingredients

1 egg yolk

1 tsp Dijon mustard

⅓ cup lobster oil

⅓ cup canola oil

½ lemon juice
-
salt
-
pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolk and Dijon mustard with a whisk.
- While mixing, slowly add the canola & lobster oil until it becomes thick.
- Finish with lemon juice. It will keep in the refrigerator for one week with a cover.
